Frequently asked questions
How do we get access today?
Pionyra is in private beta and self-service sign-up is closed. There are two ways in, both from the Join page: put your email on the waitlist for the next cohort, or apply for the September founding pilot. Either way we set the workspace up with you — we do not hand over an empty account and wish you luck.
Is onboarding included?
Yes, and it is no longer optional. Every business that joins during the private beta is set up with the founder: your brief, your tone, the evidence your sector requires and your connected accounts are configured together before the team starts work. There is no self-serve path that skips it.
How do we pay?
By card, through Stripe — that is the only payment method today. Checkout and the invoice are automatic, card details never touch our servers, and you can cancel from your dashboard.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — every plan is billed monthly in AED, with no commitment. If annual billing matters for your procurement, tell us and we will set it up with you.
What counts as a publication?
One credit each for a LinkedIn post published, an Instagram post published, and an email sent. A scheduled post is checked against your remaining credits when you schedule it, and spends one when it actually goes out. Everything else is free: chat, missions, drafts, documents, and anything you reject. You only spend a credit on something that left the product — and if a send fails, the credit comes back.
What happens when we reach the publication limit?
The limit is hard, so there is no overage and no surprise charge. Launch includes 50 publications a month; Team, Business and Enterprise are unlimited. On Launch, once the 50 are used the approval screen shows the publication check in error and the action cannot be sent; a post already scheduled for a later slot fails at that slot and you get a notification. Everything else keeps running — the team keeps drafting, chat keeps working — and the counter resets at the start of each month. We do not warn you as you approach the limit today, so watch the counter in your dashboard or move to Team. The only other ceiling is technical: 150 chat messages a day, per account, which resets the next day.
