A UAE free zone entity is being incorporated; these notices will be updated upon registration.
1. Purpose
Pionyra is an AI workforce platform that helps businesses prepare supervised sales, marketing, finance, operations and compliance work. These terms govern access to and use of the service.
2. Account access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity performed from your workspace. You must have authority to connect third-party accounts and act for the company you represent.
3. AI outputs
Agents can prepare drafts, analyses, recommendations, documents and actions. AI outputs can contain errors or omissions. No publication, email or scheduled outbound action leaves Pionyra without your explicit approval.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent or infringing content, to bypass security controls, access data that is not yours, or send spam.
5. Third-party integrations
Some features depend on platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google, LinkedIn or Stripe. Their availability depends on their own terms, permissions, quotas and technical decisions.
6. Subscription and payment
Prices, usage limits and features are those shown at subscription or in the accepted contract. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled for the next billing period.
7. Data
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. When Pionyra processes business data on behalf of a B2B customer, the Data Processing Agreement may apply.
8. Intellectual property
Pionyra, its interface, operating patterns and brand assets remain our property or our licensors' property. Content generated for your business from your instructions and data belongs to you, subject to third-party rights.
9. Liability
The service provides operational and informational assistance. It does not replace a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, auditor, doctor or other regulated professional. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to proven direct damages.
10. Governing rules
Unless a specific contract states otherwise, these terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the operating entity listed in the Legal Notice. For UAE businesses, local data-protection rules including federal PDPL, DIFC or ADGM regimes may apply.
