E-commerce & D2C brands

Run the campaigns, the flows and the margin maths with one team.

Growing revenue while losing money per parcel is the easiest mistake in UAE e-commerce. Pionyra prepares the content, the customer messaging and the margin picture — you approve everything before it ships.

Team plan from 1 290 AED — all six specialists, including Finance and Compliance.

The week you actually have

What repetitive work costs you here.

Ramadan, White Friday, DSF and back-to-school all need creative and stock decided weeks ahead, and they arrive whether you are ready or not.
Cash on delivery lifts conversion and fills your returns. Unconfirmed orders pay for the van twice.
Marketplace listings and your own store need different copy, and neither gets rewritten as often as it should.
Nobody has time to work out margin per order after commission, delivery and returns — so the answer stays a guess.

UAE compliance

It asks for the promotion permit before writing the discount

Every discount, sale, raffle or contest in the UAE needs a prior permit from the emirate's economic authority — DET in Dubai, its equivalent elsewhere. Pionyra asks you for it before preparing a promotional announcement, and never invents a permit number. Prices it writes are VAT-inclusive with the real delivery cost and timeframe, because a consumer-facing price excluding tax is a breach, not a rounding choice. It will not manufacture the things that make conversion-optimised copy illegal here: fake countdowns, invented remaining stock, a struck-through price you never charged, or a fabricated review. For cosmetics, supplements, food and health products it holds the line on claims — no therapeutic, curative, weight-loss or guaranteed-result wording, and no certification cited unless you confirmed it. Paid creator collaborations are disclosed as paid.

Illustrative first month

What setting this up actually looks like.

An illustration of the work the team produces in a first month — not a client case study, and not a promise of results. Your own numbers are the only ones that count.

Week 1

The team learns your catalogue and your economics

You answer the CEO agent: products and the SKUs you want to push, which channels are live and their revenue split, average order value and margin, your COD share, your return rate, and the delivery promise you can actually hold.

Week 2

Campaign and listings drafted

Marketing plans the next seasonal moment with Design's creative and rewrites the listings that need it. Anything with a discount in it waits on your promotion permit before it can be scheduled.

Week 3

Customer flows go live

Sales prepares the abandoned-cart sequence, the COD confirmation messages and the post-purchase follow-up. Each one waits for your approval before it sends.

Week 4

Where the margin actually is

Finance reports contribution per order after commission, shipping and returns, by channel and by SKU, from the figures you recorded. CEO summarises what the team executed.

Questions from e-commerce & d2c brands

Can it write our noon and Amazon.ae listings?

It drafts the copy, in the languages you sell in, and adapts it per platform rather than pasting the same text everywhere. You paste the approved version into the seller console — Pionyra does not have write access to your marketplace account, and does not pretend otherwise.

Will it write 'only 3 left, 2 hours to go' to lift conversion?

No. Invented scarcity, fake countdowns and struck-through prices you never charged are explicit no-gos for the agents, alongside fabricated reviews. If the stock number is real and you give it, it will use it.

Does it handle Arabic?

It drafts in the languages you tell it you publish in. Arabic and English are treated as separate pieces of writing rather than one translated into the other — and it will ask who reviews the Arabic before anything goes out, because you approve every publication either way.
